With over 15 years of experience, I've been fortunate enough to work with many amazing people, supporting them on their journey to better health and wellness. My own journey began with studies in Naturopathy, which sparked a deep interest in the healing power of massage. I've been grateful to see firsthand the positive impact it can have on both body and mind. I'm committed to ongoing learning and growth, regularly updating my skills in specialized techniques to ensure you receive the best care possible. In our sessions together, I'll work with you to understand your unique needs and create a personalized approach to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
